| OFFICE MANAGER |
Desert
Hearing Care is
looking for a mature, reliable,
experienced person to manage the
daily activity of our central
office. This position is
non-supervisory. You will
proactively generate practice
revenue by converting patient
inquiries into appointments,
maintain and leverage the
patient database; recall
existing patients; provide
exceptional customer service;
account for company
transactions; verify insurance
benefits; and manage patient
flow.
Minimum Position Requirements:

Two year advanced business
education degree
-
Two years office management
experience
-
QuickBooks;
scheduling/database software; MS
Office
-
Great listening, verbal and
written communication skills
-
Must be PC and internet
proficient.

Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
-
Convert inquiries into
appointments; centralized
multi-office patient scheduling;
recall existing patients
-
Customer service including
processing repairs, cleaning
aids, selling batteries,
extended warranties, assistive
listening devices and other
products and services
-
General accounting
(QuickBooks) including AR, AP,
Payroll & bank reconciliations
• Insurance verification
-
General office management
including inventory control,
reordering, processing new and
existing patients, periodic
performance/management reports

This is a non-smoking, health
conscious office. Work hours are
8:30 to 5 pm, Monday-Friday.

including a base salary of
$30,000, plus monthly bonus,
